Scholarship Funds

We are in the process of making some technical changes to our scholarship process to provide students a better experience when applying. Due to these changes, scholarship applications will not be available until December 1, 2017.  We appreciate your patience during this time and if you have any questions, please contact our office at 785-823-1800.

Scholarship Funds help donors give the gift of education. Scholarship Funds can be established either through direct donations or in honor of a loved one.  Donors can help establish the criteria for the scholarship selection towards a specific institution, field of study, or student profile.

Currently, there are no established scholarship funds at Smith County Community Foundation, however Smith Center High School seniors may apply for the Kelling-Tomlinson Scholarship held at the Greater Salina Community Foundation.

Applications available on November 15- March 1.

Applications due March 1.

To apply, click on the “Apply Here” button on the right.  Create a username and password.  Once you have created an account, you will need to enter in access code “gscf” in order to apply for the Kelling-Tomlinson Scholarship.

For more information about this scholarship, contact Scholarship Coordinator Jessica Martin at 785-823-1800 or If you are interested in establishing a scholarship fund through SCCF, contact the Foundation.
